1. The Service
Poser (the “Service”) is an AI image-editing service that regenerates a person in a photo you upload in the pose you select. Generation is performed by third-party model providers (fal.ai and the respective model vendors).
2. Accounts
You use the Service by signing in with a Web3 wallet signature (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Base, etc.). Your wallet address is your account identifier; if you lose your wallet keys, your account and credits cannot be recovered. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it.
3. Credits and Payment
Generations are charged in credits, and the credit cost of each model is shown in the Service. Credits are purchased by transferring USDC on the Base network. Credits are granted automatically only when the exact amount is sent on the specified network; assets sent on the wrong network or in the wrong amount will be handled manually to the extent we can verify them, but recovery is not guaranteed. Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Prices may change with prior notice.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
You must hold the necessary rights to any photo you upload and the consent of the people pictured. Using photos of others without consent or photos of minors, creating sexual, violent or illegal output, and impersonating or deceiving others are prohibited; violations may result in account suspension without prior notice. You are responsible for how you use generated output.
5. Data
Your uploaded photos and generated results are stored in your account, and you can delete them at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without any warranty as to the quality or accuracy of generated results. To the extent permitted by law, the Service’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
