1. Service
Poser (the “Service”) is an AI image-editing tool that regenerates a person from an uploaded photo in a selected pose. Generation runs on third-party AI models; the content, quality and accuracy of results are not guaranteed.
2. Account
You use the Service by signing with a Web3 wallet. Your wallet address is your account identifier; if you lose your wallet keys, your account and credits cannot be recovered. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Credits and payment
Generation is billed in credits. Credits are granted automatically only when the exact amount is sent on the stated network and token; assets sent on another network, token or amount may not be recoverable. Purchased credits are non-refundable. Credits for failed generations are returned automatically. Prices and bonuses may change with notice.
4. Your responsibility
You must hold all necessary rights and the consent of the depicted person for every photo you upload, and you are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for storing, using and distributing the results. Photos of people without their consent, photos of minors, and any use that infringes rights of publicity, copyright, reputation or other rights, or that violates applicable law, are prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension without notice; lost credits are not compensated.
5. Indemnity
The Service provider accepts no civil or criminal liability, third-party claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or from generated results. If your unlawful use or breach of these Terms causes loss to the Service provider or a third-party claim, you will indemnify the Service provider for all resulting damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service provider’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months, and it is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7. Changes and termination
The Service provider may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. There is no obligation to compensate unused credits if the Service is discontinued.
8. Data
Uploaded photos and results are stored in your account and can be deleted at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
